We are military and our landlord suggested WTU. Our bill in our 2 bedroom apartment was almost double what it was in our previous home which was a 3 bedroom house. I called to inquire about the outrageous price and they were very rude to me. Also, I set up automatic payments when I began the services. The payment came out as scheduled, but I received three phone calls stating that I had a past due amount on my account! I informed them that the automatic payment was already made and asked if they could fix the problem so that I would not receive any more phone calls. I was informed that she could not do anything about it and I would just have to deal with the phone calls. Save yourself the trouble and do not use this company.

They have TERRIBLE customer service, rip you OFF and will strike back if you ever try to switch!! Their prices are way more than any other company!!!
