I live in Houston and thr biggest energy/electricity company is Reliant but for me TXU is a bit more affordable. We switched to TXU originally because we moved to a new house and the landlord already had TXU as her provider. We have never really had to call customer service, when we do ia because of rolling blackouts that are caused by nearby construction. We have not had any trouble with billing as opposed to Reliant that wanted a contract. I don't have any complaints about this company.
