I feel that Nicor is a mediocre company overall. When it comes to the pricing, our bills always come back not too high but also not as low as we would like. I think they should be a little bit more lenient when it comes to billing and past due balances. When it comes to the customer service, I find the employees to be very friendly at times but other times they can be a little rude a pushy. The value of this company is quite good over all. I have no complaints when it comes to my services. No real technical issues whats so ever. And anytime I call someone is there to listen and help. Overall I would give this company a 7 out of 10.
