worst customer service ever

renewed my contract with them on 1/13/13 at .0877 per kw. recd confirmation email and letter to that effect. checked my delmarva power bill next month and it didnt update to new rate but i figured it would take another billing cycle. forgot all about it til june 17, when i confirmed after having to prove my assertion that my rate should be lower by sending a copy of their email. called for the next 3 weeks without any resolution, spoke with supervisors etc... , public utility complaint still no response from them. called today and was told they put the new rate in effect on 7/1/13 but they forgot to adjust my bill with a credit for the 6 months of overcharging!!!!!!!!!!!!! started a new work order for that now, which i can't wait to experience

Had reasonable rates for first year. Tried to contact customer service for second year contract. No one would call me back or help with a new contract. I tried for 10 weeks to contact the sales representatives. My contract expired which through me into a flex rate that was 50 percent higher than my contract rate. After two weeks of fighting with customer service/10 hrs of calls I gave up and cancelled my service. I will end up losing about $700 for two months of rediculous rates. Buyer beware!
