I cannot get my emailed bill. I have to call every month to get it, they cannot keep their word. On the phone every month fixing the screwups they said they fixed the last month(s) in a row. Run from Amigo.

First off my husband was the one who chose them -I never would have. Amigo has the worst customer service ever. They don't send you anything in the mail only email. They just refuse. If your even a day late, they send you a paper notice saying you're going to be disconnected in 2 weeks and oh yeah for making us send you one piece of paper in the mail then it's going to cost you an extra 25$ !! That's right , 25$ just to send you a piece of paper! The customer service is terrible , they shut off your power in a heartbeat no warnings or anything if they think necessary , and watch out , if your name isn't on the account then your not getting your power back on!! You know because only dangerous criminals call energy companies and try to pay people's bills for them to get their power turned back on. Also they have hidden fees!!
